Wonderful & modern hotel, decent location near the Diamond Shopping center, accommodating staff. Fashionable and functional rooms with shower and good service. Plenty of meals for breakfast, including cereals, yogurt, and eggs. Location close to a shopping mall and restaurants, friendly staff, functional rooms and nice square. What a fine stay, no complains at all.

Everything was spot on.

The hotel is on a short walk distance ( + / - 700m ) from the best pub, the best pizzaria and best italian restaurant in town. There is also an excelent chinese restaurant in front of the hotel. It is also located few steps ( + / - 100 m ) from a superb shopping mall, so the location is the best and rooms are excelent. A +++ hotel, I recommend !

i enjoyed to be in this place. i booked this wonderful hotel for weekend, had a good stay, its location was decent down the hill 3 blocks from there. location: the venue was adjacent to common areas such as corridors, good restaurants and a great shopping center right next door, and a shopping mall and restaurants, friendly staff, functional rooms. the food was delicious and included cereal, yogurt, and eggs.

Facilities were clean, though Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

We were impressed by the spectacular views from the hotel and the unusual amount of storage in our spacious room. The hotel facilities were clean and easy to access, and the location was near a shopping mall and restaurants. We found it convenient to park our car and walk to a local bakery or even supermarkets. The breakfast installations were large and suited our extra sanitary needs. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were great - friendly and accommodating.

Great value for money! Central location and very friendly staff who were willing to help with anything. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. Plus, the gym was well-maintained and had good equipment.

The Wi-Fi signal was quite weak and unreliable which made it difficult to stay connected. the noise level in the hotel was a bit high, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel had a great selection of facilities and activities to offer, including a well-equipped gym and a swimming pool. Location-wise, it was very central and close to main shopping areas and tourist attractions. the daily breakfast buffet was a highlight with a variety of options to choose from, including freshly baked pastries.

The room's soundproofing was a letdown as we could hear conversations from neighboring rooms and people in the hallways. the hotel's WiFi connection was unreliable and made it difficult to stay connected during our stay.

Considering the lack of good hotels in Belo Horizonte this was actually a good surprise. Good value. Great location with easy access to everywhere we went. Good attentive staff.

They could have more towels available in the bathroom.
